People believe they are lucky because they can go to the gym every day or have friends who keep them fit. They are fortunate. They don't have problems. They got everything under control. I wish everyone could become like them. Most people don't know how balance work and life. Many people fall prey to bad habits, which can eventually lead them to developing diseases like heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

Here are some tips to help improve your lifestyle.

  1. Get 7 hours of sleep minimum and 8 hours maximum each night. This includes good sleeping habits and avoiding caffeine for the last hour before bed.
