They got everything under control. I wish everyone could become like them. Most people don't know how balance work and life. Many people end up with bad habits which eventually lead to diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and many others.

Here are some tips to help improve your lifestyle.

  1. You should get 7 hours of sleep per night minimum and 8 hours maximum. This means sleeping properly and not consuming caffeine in the hour before bed.
